Returns and refunds

All Sales Are Final

Because every item is made specifically for each customer, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos showing the defect or damage
  • Photos of packaging if applicable

Claims submitted after 72 hours from confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.

If a defect is verified, Bay Area Royalty may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if a replacement is unavailable)


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package shows delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier.

Bay Area Royalty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
